Due to the intimate nature of the product line, returning a product is not possible. Cancelled orders will have a 10% restocking fee.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!

This policy is upheld for the protection of all our customers and assurance that the merchandise selected is new and unused at the time of delivery. This policy also protects our employees from handling or exposing themselves to unsanitary conditions or potential STDs. Passionate Desires makes no representation or warranty of any kind, nature, or implied with respect to the merchandise, the use of or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer holds harmless the seller for any liability.

Each manufacturer has their own warranty. Some are 1 year and some are 5 years. Be sure to save that information on your box and register your accessory.
